Newly renovated!! The space is ideal for multiple purposes, a 1,400 sq ft studio that can accommodate small groups of 50 or less. It is primarily a dance studio, However, we are renting it out for small intimate events such as baby showers, birthdays, photography shoots, group meetings, dance classes, etc.

Studio has 4 large mirrors along one wall, Dimmable lighting, ceiling speakers, upgraded kitchen & bathroom. Location comes with 6 rectangle tables & 30 chairs, lounge area with couch & table, - Amenities include kitchenette bar with sink and plenty of space to store items. It has 1 bathroom, AC/ heater, security, benches, and wifi.

Please Note: When sending a booking request, please make sure your booking time includes setup and breakdown. Must book a minimum of 4 hours.

It is located within the heart of the Lancaster BLVD, walking distance of many restaurants, bars, & movie theaters. Lucky Luke, RIO, Don Sal, MOAH,  and many more! The studio is surrounded by many free public parking lots in the area.
